The BF537 STAMP board is the target system for uClinux. The STAMP system is unusual in development systems, in that there are 64 MBs of RAM on a low-cost board as well as four MBs of Flash. It allows it to run Linux and allows more flexibility with the rest of the memory. There is a serial port, an Ethernet port added to the device, and importantly there are expansion connectors which give access to all the components inside the chip. There are two-wire interfaces, the SPORT, the timers, and a general purpose parallel high-speed interface which can also gluelessly adapt to TFT flat panels. More information on the stamp board is available at http://blackfin.uclinux.org/projects/stamp/.
