L37-3F and H48-6G Thermal Conductive Pads

Image of t-Global Technology's L37-3F and H48-6G Thermal Conductive Padst-Global Technology is proud to announce the release of their new range of standard die-cut parts featuring a thermally conductive adhesive on both faces. These pads, which are provided as standard die-cut part shapes offer a reduction in manufacturing cost and complexity while providing excellent thermal transfer characteristics. Die-cuts are offered using TI900 which provides excellent thermal conductivity and superior dielectric break-down characteristics, L37-3F which provides ease of handling and excellent thermal conductivity, H48-6G which has a thermal conductivity of 6 W/m-k, and is aimed at the most demanding of applications.
