SiGe Rectifiers in CFP Packages

Nexperia's SiGe rectifiers offer an extraordinarily safe operation area and low EMI

Image of Nexperia's SiGe Rectifiers in CFP Packaging Nexperia's silicon-germanium (SiGe) rectifiers are an ideal solution for circuit designs, providing the benefits of high efficiency, ease of thermal design, and a small form factor. Clip-bonded FlatPower (CFP) packages gain between 38% (CFP3) to 56% (CFP5) board space versus SMA and SMB packages. Low forward voltage and low QRR in combination with extremely high thermal stability are the main product features to support customers' needs. Nexperia's SiGe rectifiers are housed in CFP3 and CFP5 packages and are all AEC-Q101 compliant and qualified for safe operation up to +175°C at maximum reverse bias.
