Amphenol’s Mini-SAS High Density connector system is a next-generation SAS that provides double the port density of current Mini-SAS connectors with 4-, 8-, and 16-port options. This Mini-SAS connector system has a two-row, right-angle connector with 12 Gbps of data rate per channel. Each port handles 4 lanes of data rate for up to 48 Gbps of total bandwidth. The 0.75mm pitch connector system is SFF-8643 compliant with a press-fit pin design for one-step placement on PCB. It features improved signal integrity and minimized cross talk, making it ideal for telecom, networking, and medical applications.
