In-Line Twist-Lock Cable Assemblies and Panel-Mount Connectors

Tensility's in-line twist-lock cable assemblies and panel-mount connectors feature a lock on the PVC overmold, which provides strength and protection for demanding applications. The use of twist-lock retention and spring contacts make these assemblies ideal for applications such as LED lighting, automation, sensors, and vibration-rich environments. The twist-lock configuration provides additional dust and dirt protection.

The in-line twist-lock cable assemblies and panel-mount connectors are available in DC 5.5 mm x 2.1 mm and 5.5 mm x 2.5 mm connectors. The audio cable assemblies are available in 3C (TRS) and 4C (TRRS) options. The cable assemblies are available in a variety of configurations, including jack-to-stripped and tinned, plug-to-stripped and tinned, and plug-to-jack. The standard cable lengths are 915 mm and 1,830 mm (3 ft and 6 ft). The cables utilize round PVC jacketed wire in black or white versions. Custom solutions are supported and encouraged.
