OA-M Type Crystal Oscillator

The proliferation of 5G, along with a multitude of new IoT devices, has created the need for ever-increasing high-speed data communication and the supporting end-to-end data transmission equipment. Taitien OA-M is a programmable, differential output crystal oscillator in a 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm x 0.9 mm ceramic package developed to address this need. The OA-M is available with either LVDS or LVPECL output and can operate from 2.5 V or 3.3 V power supplies. This FASTXO can be programmed from 10 MHz to 1.5 GHz and ordered with frequency stability over temperature range options of ±25 ppm across -20°C to +70°C or ±50 ppm across -40°C to +85°C. With RMS phase jitter of 0.6 pSec typical and an industry-standard 6-pad layout, the OW-M is an ideal solution for a range of applications, including high-speed GbE, enterprise servers, Fibre Channel, and wireless broadband access.
