The LPC8N04 MCU contains multiple features including several power-down modes and a selectable CPU frequency of up to 8 MHz for ultra-low power consumption. The peripheral complement of the LPC8N04 MCU includes 32 kB of Flash memory, 8 kB of SRAM, 4 kB of EEPROM, one I2C, one SPI/SSP, and up to 12 general purpose I/O (GPIO) pins.

  • Temperature sensor with ±1.5°C accuracy from -40°C to +85°C
  • Serial I2C bus supporting full I2C bus specification and fast mode with a data rate of 400 kbit/s, with multiple address recognition and monitor mode
  • SPI/SSP interface
  • NFC/RFID ISO 14443 type A interface
  • Up to 12 GPIO pins with configurable pull-up/pull-down resistors and repeater mode
  • Timer oscillator operating at 32 kHz linked to the RTC timer unit
  • Unique device serial number for identification
