IRM Series Miniaturized PCB-Mount High-Efficiency Power Module

MEAN WELL's IRM series consists of 1 W to 90 W miniature AC/DC PCB-mount module type power supplies, ready to be soldered onto the PCB of various kinds of electronic instruments and industrial automation equipment. These products can accept the universal input voltage range of 80 V_AC to 305 V_AC. The 94V-0 flame retardant plastic case and the fully-potted silicone gel enhance the heat dissipation and meet the anti-vibration demand up to 5G; moreover, it provides fundamental resistance to dust and moisture.

With high efficiency up to 93% and extremely low no-load power consumption, the IRM series fulfills worldwide regulations for electronics power conversion efficiency. The entire series is Class II design (no FG pin) and incorporates built-in EMI filtering components, enabling the compliance with EN55032 Class B without external filters. The supreme EMC performance saves debugging time for end-users. In addition to the PCB mounting style mode, the IRM 30 W to 90 W series also offers the screw terminal style model to allow more flexible mounting options.
