MachXO4™ FPGA Family

The MachXO4 family with advanced features designed for flexibility and efficiency extends the ultra-low-density FPGA portfolio from Lattice Semiconductor. These devices combine low power consumption, embedded Flash, high I/O density, and instant-on capability to meet the demands of modern systems. Offering exceptional I/O density in compact packages, MachXO4 integrates hardened functions that help reduce overall system cost and footprint. With broad programmability and native support for industry-standard interfaces, this device family provides a scalable platform for evolving connectivity and control applications.

Built on a 65 nm non-volatile, low-power process, MachXO4 is available in two variants: high-performance with 2.5 V/3.3 V supply (HC) and high-performance with 1.2 V supply (HE). Both types are functionally and pin compatible.

MachXO4 is supported in Lattice Radiant™ software for improved design productivity as it enables designers to implement large and complex user designs efficiently. Lattice Radiant features industry-leading RTL support and synthesis solutions, a unified design database, advanced scripting capability, state-of-the-art graphical user interface (GUI), industry-standard timing analyzer, and embedded logic analyzer. Lattice Semiconductor also provides many pre-engineered Intellectual Property (IP) modules for the MachXO4 family.
