Image of Analog Devices' New HMC Series SPDT SwitchesReady to meet the demanding requirements of their global customer base, Analog Devices products features a broad range of SPDT MMIC RF switches that are capable of handling up to 2 W of power, while providing continuous frequency coverage from DC to 50 GHz, and from 55 to 86 GHz. These switches exhibit wideband performance, high isolation, low insertion loss and fast settling times, through reflective, non-reflective, and GaAs, silicon and PIN diode-based topologies. Suitable for a wide range of applications including CATV, microwave and millimeterwave communications, test and measurement, satcom, sensors, and radar, Analog Devices' MMIC SPDT switches are available in bare die, as well as in plastic, ceramic, and hermetic SMT packages.
