SITCore Single-Board Computer

GHI Electronics SITCore single-board computers provide the lowest possible barrier to entering the world of TinyCLR OS. Most of these boards have Wi-Fi® and they all support the complete TinyCLR feature set. These boards are great for trying out TinyCLR OS, building prototypes, or incorporating into products.

All SITCore single-board computers use a USB-C connector for application deployment and debugging. Every USB-A to USB-C cable tested worked as expected. Testing USB-C to USB-C cables gave interesting and unexpected results. Most USB-C hubs also do not work when using USB-C to USB-C cables. If there are problems deploying or debugging, try connecting the board directly to a computer with a USB-A to USB-C cable.

The SBC category of boards is designed to be compatible with the most commonly used maker boards on the market. This compatibility allows for quicker prototyping by utilizing the thousands of available accessories. Several of the offered SBCs have castellated holes (edge pads), just like the SMT SoM options. Consider the SBCs when researching SoM options, especially for the SC13048 chipset.
