AZEV200 EV Charging Relays
American Zettler's 40 A 2-pole power relay has monitoring designed for IEC 61851 Mode 2 and Mode 3 charging stations
American Zettler's AZEV200 power relay offers a unique contact set arrangement. It is specially designed to withstand extreme short-circuit currents without contact welding. It also features a potential free N.C. (1 Form B) monitoring supervisory contact as required by IEC62752:2016, thus making these relays ideally suited for applications with high-security demands.
Features
- Dual NO load contacts with 40 A/480 VAC switching capability
- Load contact gap ≥ 3.42 mm
- NC mirror contact according to EN 60947-4-1 for weld detection
- TÜV, UL/CUR, and CQC approvals
- Meets stringent short circuit requirements per IEC 62955, IEC 62752, and IEC 62052-11
- 5 kVrms dielectric strength with 10 kV surge withstand
