TPM27224 2 A Dual Low-Side Gate Drivers

The 3PEAK TPM27224 is a 2 A dual-channel low-side gate driver designed to deliver high-speed, low-propagation delay performance for demanding switching applications. With a wide single-supply range of 4.5 V to 23 V, the device supports peak source and sink currents of 2 A. It features fast rise and fall times of 7 ns and 6 ns, respectively, and a low propagation delay of just 13 ns, ensuring minimal switching lag and improved timing control. Dual independent output channels can be operated separately or paralleled for increased drive strength. With under voltage lockout and outputs that default low when inputs are floating or below threshold, the TPM27224 provides safety and reliability for power supplies, motor drivers, and solar inverter systems. Available in SOP8 and DFN2X2-8 packages, it is ideal for compact, high-performance designs.
